Connection to the fire service operations centre
Did you know that fire alarm systems in buildings are subject to the standard UNI 9795:2021 “Automatic fire detection and fire alarm systems - design, installation and operation”? According to the regulations, fire-fighting systems must be connected to a UNI CEI EN 50518-certified alarm reception centre (control room).
The Fi.Fa. Security operations centre allows you to comply with this regulation.

Here are the steps to comply with UNI CEI EN 9795:2021 and be protected at all times.
The first step is the choice of a UNI CEI EN 50518 certified control centre that will have to meet the requirements of standard 9795:2021.
The fire alarm system communicates via an EN 54-21 fire detection combiner to the Fi.Fa. Control Room. Security.
Upon receipt of an alarm, fault, missed connection, etc., the control centre operator will activate intervention measures by contacting the contact person.
In addition to contacting the company contact person, if there is no response, the Operations Centre will request the immediate intervention of the Fire Brigade.
A training school accredited by the Marche Region and by the National Observatory on Sporting Events of the Italian Ministry of the Interior.
